If you are not satisified with your purchase, you are able to return your box with all unopened products for up to 30 days for a refund. Boxes with only a portion of the unopened products returned will not be accepted and you will not receive a refund for your purchase. Personalized items may not be returned or refunded. 

To ensure care of your purchase, we use standard ground shipping to deliver your gift in 3-5 days. If you are in need of express next-day or 2-day shipping, the option is available.
